Batting CagesUnder $20
Decide which ball you're hitting before you leave the house. Batting Cages in Brampton lean toward cricket, so baseball and softball hitters should head to Agility Sports on Eastern Avenue, where four indoor cages have adjustable pitching machines and a bat, L-screen and tee kit to rent, from $16.25. Paxpitch Sports on Orenda Rd covers both, with turf lanes set 10 to 15 feet wide and Iron Mike, Jugs and ATEC Casey Pro machines, open late.
For cricket nets, Manmohan Sports on Torbram Road has eight indoor lanes with bowling machines, and Cricket Maidaan on Clark Blvd adds coaching and a gear shop.
