Rock Climbing in Burlington

Take the train: Climber's Rock sits across the street from the Appleby GO station, and it's the only spot for rock climbing in Burlington. The Harvester Road gym has been running since 2008, with a boards and weights area beside the walls, a coffee counter in the building and late hours. Climbers must be 14 or older.

For more walls, Gravity Hamilton is an 11 km drive away in Hamilton, with bouldering and top-rope at a listed $19.47, plus shoe rentals. Kids 9 and up can try the four-sided rock wall at Cameron Speedway, 21 km away in Hamilton out by the airport in Mount Hope, outdoors and weather permitting.
