Date night ideas in Guelph

Date night ideas in Guelph work well when you pick one small room and commit to it. La Poche at 40 Quebec Street seats about 30 in the evening, with jazz on Thursdays at 8pm and crokinole boards set up for beginners on Wednesdays. The Round Table on Essex Street lets you pull a board game off the shelves and order fries, paninis or cocktails while you play.

If you'd rather move around, the Guelph Grotto on Victoria Road South has nine auto belays and a coffee bar, for about $24.50. Riot Axe off Beverley Street opens drop-in throwing at 6pm Wednesday to Friday, with local cider on hand.
