Arcades in London

Arcades in London come in two kinds: the ones where games are the whole point, and the ones where the cabinets sit beside something bigger. Tilt Arcade Bar on Talbot Street is the first kind, with over 80 free-play games, pinball machines and console booths, plus beer on tap and funnel cake. The Rec Room at Masonville runs on a credit-loaded game band, and Tuesday is half-off gameplay.

If the arcade is just the warm-up, Palasad South on Pine Valley Boulevard adds laser tag and bowling, and Alibi Roadhouse on Oxford Street West puts arcade games next to pool tables and jumbo wings.
